On March 26, 2025, at the Accenture premises in Assago, the Welcome Day for the fifth edition of the ReadyForIT | Refugees & Migrants program took place: an important opportunity to welcome the 66 students who, starting in early April, will begin the IT Support & Cybersecurity course, delivered by Academy Rapido.
During the day, we welcomed the students with migrant backgrounds, coming from all over Italy, and provided detailed information about:
the structure of the program,
the IT Support & Cybersecurity course,
the Buddy program, which will accompany them throughout their journey.
Additionally, we handed out the laptops donated by Accenture and the Conad shopping vouchers, offered by Fondazione Conad ETS.
The morning concluded with a keynote speech by Najeeb Arghistani, PhD, from the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Brescia, who shared his experience of integration in Italy and offered valuable advice on how to build a successful career in our country.
