Launched in 2022, the ReadyForIT program promotes the autonomy and social integration of refugees and migrants aged 18 to 34 in Italy, through training opportunities in the IT sector and support for job placement.
ReadyForIT Refugees & Migrants is a complete program for refugees and migrants social inclusion. The goal is to have them approach to the IT sector and help them to find a job in this field.
This program is guided by Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS, with the support of Fondazione Generali - The Human Safety Net, with the contributions of Fondazione Conad ETS and Accenture Italia and in partnership with Consorzio Communitas, UNHCR and Adecco. To the select young refugees and migrants it is granted:
Over the course of the 3 months, participants learn how to use the main AI and no-code tools to automate workflows, without writing code and by developing processes with low-code and no-code technologies. The training program is based on a practical approach, focused on business needs and on building both technical and soft skills to improve motivation, self-confidence, and teamwork.
Meetings for active discussions on technical topics with tech advisors and other course participants.
Projects based on real-world work cases to put what has been learned into practice.
Weekly meetings with business coaches to work on the soft skills most in demand by companies.
Sessions to optimize the CV by highlighting personal skills, with the support of HR experts in ICT profiles, organized by Adecco.

Absolutely yes. The course is offered free of charge, upon selection, thanks to the ReadyForIT program, which aims to ensure equal access to training opportunities for young people aged 18 to 34. The program is guided and supported by Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS, The Human Safety Net, and Fondazione AEM.
The course to become an AI Automation Specialist starts from scratch, and no prior knowledge is required to complete it. However, to join the course, it is necessary to have at least a B1 level of proficiency in Italian.
The course lasts 3 months, during which participants will attend online meetings, apply the knowledge gained to hands-on projects, and begin to engage with real business dynamics. Once the course is completed, the ReadyForIT program includes sharing participants’ CVs with companies in the network that may be interested in hiring professionals in the AI field.
The course requires mandatory attendance at 2 meetings per week, each lasting 1.5 hours. The meetings will generally take place between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
Every week, there are meetings with tech advisors and the team to clarify doubts and discuss topics. Additionally, each participant is assigned a buddy, a volunteer who will help them with managing their studies and daily life.
The course is held entirely online on dedicated platforms.
At the end of the course, all students who have completed it will receive a certificate of participation.
