Graduation & Employability day 2025 edition

October 2 2025 - The Home of The Human Safety Net, Venice

On October 2, 2025, at The Home of The Human Safety Net in Venice, the Graduation & Employability event was held for the 57 students who successfully completed the ReadyForIT Refugees & Migrants program.

The day marked an important milestone for the participants, who received their certificates of completion for the intensive three-month course in IT Support and Cybersecurity, delivered by Academy Rapido. It was also an opportunity to facilitate a first direct meeting with companies and employment agencies, fostering networking and professional placement opportunities. In the afternoon, job interviews were conducted by Accenture, Adecco, Alascom, Alstom, E-work, Experis, Elan42, and Kid Pass.

The event was enriched by contributions from:

Luca Petitto of the Italian Red Cross – Milan Committee, Simona Torre of Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS, Guido Albertini (Buddy), and Valentina Chiesa of Adecco, who shared the various stages of the ReadyForIT journey of growth and inclusion.
Three ReadyForIT alumni, now successfully employed in the IT sector, who shared their experiences, providing a concrete testimony to the educational and professional value of the program.
